Mendoza and Nearby Areas
Starting early, a private guide will pick you up from your hotel to begin our tour alongside the Mendoza River. You will take in breathtaking views of the Cordón del Plata and the Potrerillos Dam. Mendoza is a dry climate destination with over 300 days of sunshine. The best time to visit depends on your interests: the grape harvest (February–March) to experience the wine festival; autumn (April–May) with its colorful vineyards; winter (June–August) ideal for high mountain views and snowy landscapes; and summer (December–February), hot and perfect for early wine tourism and afternoons by the pool. Pack layers of clothing, comfortable shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For the mountains, add a windbreaker and a thermal neck warmer. Essentials: a reusable water bottle, camera, documents, travel insurance, and a power adapter if you're traveling from abroad. Avoid strong perfumes during wine tastings.
This deluxe tour package is suitable for couples, friends, solo travelers, and families. The hike is easy to moderate; please let us know if you require assistance or accessibility so we can adapt transfers and winery visits. Wine tastings are restricted to those under 18, but non-alcoholic beverages are available. The wine tour can be customized, including private upgrades, culinary experiences, and flexible scheduling. Bilingual guides in Spanish and English (and, depending on availability, Portuguese) accompany the excursions. Please inform us in advance of any dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free) so we can coordinate menus. We recommend having travel medical insurance and communicating any relevant health conditions.
