Luján de Cuyo is renowned as the sole place globally with the denomination of origin for the Malbec grape, and it is now broadening its offerings by crafting some of Argentina's finest wines: Blends, Cabernet Sauvignons, Merlots, Bonardas, Cabernet Francs, Torrontés, among other varietals, are being cultivated today, establishing this region as a unique terroir and positioning itself globally with wines of exceptional quality.

At the appointed time, a private vehicle will collect us from the hotel to transport us to the first winery. This established and traditional winery offers insight into classic Argentine winemaking. Here, we will have the unique opportunity to converse with the winemakers and owners, gaining insight into the production of these artisanal wines.
Following this visit, we will proceed to our second winery, a modern establishment equipped with cutting-edge technology. At this location, we will explore the latest production techniques, including fermentation barrels, ovoid tanks, roll fermentors, and oak barrels. This tour promises to be enlightening, expanding our understanding beyond the classic wine production methods.
The final stop will be at the third winery, where we will enjoy an exquisite full lunch perfectly paired with wines at one of Mendoza's top restaurants.
