Around 10:30 AM, our knowledgeable guide will arrive at our hotel to embark on our journey towards the Luján de Cuyo and Maipú regions, areas renowned for their long-standing winemaking traditions.
During our tour, we will explore three carefully chosen wineries celebrated for the excellence of their wines and their esteemed reputation, delving into the art of winemaking with insights from our expert guide.
We will uncover various aspects related to viticulture, ranging from planting, irrigation, care, and harvesting, to the winemaking process itself. Additionally, we will learn the etiquette required to properly serve wine at social events and adopt the manners of a gracious host in wine appreciation.
At each of the selected wineries, besides touring their vineyards and facilities, we will sample specially curated wine selections. Mendoza is famed as a gourmet destination, offering a culinary scene of excellence that complements its world-renowned wines. The gastronomy of Mendoza merges traditional recipes with modern cooking techniques, culminating in a 3-course lunch at one of the wineries.
Following the winery visits, we will return to our selected hotels at approximately 6 PM.
