Our journey includes a visit to the magnificent Cordón del Plata mountain range and Dique Potrerillos, an impressive hydraulic project that supplies energy and manages water distribution for irrigation. We'll also explore the Uspallata region and its renowned Inca Bridge, a pre-Hispanic site marking the southernmost boundary of the Inca Empire.

In the Aconcagua Provincial Park, we will embark on a 1 to 2-hour walk, during which you'll witness the tallest peak in the Americas.

Descripción del Tour:

Around 07:30 AM, we will collect you from your hotel located in downtown Mendoza and set off heading south, then west, towards the majestic Andes Mountains.

Our initial stop will be at the stunning Potrerillos Lake, offering breathtaking views of the Cordón del Plata and the dam. We will then proceed north to reach the city of Uspallata, where a delightful breakfast awaits us.

Heading southwest, we will arrive at the magnificent Aconcagua Provincial Park, the gateway to the renowned Cerro Aconcagua, the tallest peak outside the Himalayas (6,962m/22,800ft). Here, we will embark on a hike lasting between 1 and 2 hours, contingent on weather conditions and the physical state of the participants.

Upon completing the hike, we will explore the iconic Puente del Inca, a natural formation that stands as a symbol of pre-Hispanic settlements and marks the southernmost boundary of the Inca Empire.

Once back in Uspallata, a delicious lunch featuring empanadas and a traditional asado (BBQ), accompanied by local wine, will be ready for us.

We will return to Mendoza city at approximately 6 PM.
