Your private vehicle will be ready at your hotel entrance starting at 8:45 a.m., prepared to transport you to Valle de Uco. Upon reaching the Vista Flores district, your host guide will warmly welcome you.

Clos de los Siete is an ambitious endeavor by French winemakers Michel Rolland and Jean-Michel Arcaute. Back in 1988, they persuaded five Frenchmen, all notable for their connections to the world of Bacchus, to embark on producing wines in Argentina. Michel Rolland, having collaborated with some of the country's leading wineries, recognized the immense potential of Argentina for crafting high-quality wines. In 1999, alongside his partners, he initiated the Clos de los Siete project right in the heart of the Uco Valley.

< span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">During your visit, you will explore two of the project’s wineries, where you will uncover the secrets of wine blending. Premium tastings are designed to help you appreciate the complexity and distinct character of each variety. The selection typically features Malbec—the primary component of the blend—alongside Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit Verdot.

To round off your experience at Clos de los Siete, the third winery visit will include a lunch that harmonizes all the nuanced flavors and aromas, complemented by an unforgettable view.

At the conclusion of the day, around 6 p.m., you will be safely returned to your hotel.
