Our journey commences at 08:00 am with a pick-up from the central hotels in the province of Mendoza. We will head to Gualtallary, home to the Domaine Bousquet Winery, renowned as the most organic winery globally, nestled in the Andes.
At this location, guests will have the opportunity to savor wines from the underground cellar and participate in gourmet tastings featuring Premium Pinot Grigio, Premium Rosé, Premium Sauvignon Blanc, Premium Chardonnay Torrontés, and Premium Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by chocolate pairings. Experience the essence of winemaking and soak in the breathtaking mountain scenery. This venue is distinguished by its "farm-to-table" philosophy, utilizing fresh produce.
By midday, we will arrive at the Andeluna Winery, a prominent winery in the region, celebrated for its exceptional cuisine and high-quality wines. It is set against the stunning backdrop of the Andes Mountains and lies at the base of the Tupungato Volcano. Here, you will enjoy a delectable six-course lunch paired with its esteemed wines, including Andeluna 1300 Sauvignon Blanc, Andeluna 1300 Chardonnay, and Andeluna Altitud Malbec.
Post-lunch, the tour proceeds to the Salentein Winery, situated in the heart of the Uco Valley, at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. The winery boasts a unique design with 4 wings and a two-level cellar, converging into a central chamber reminiscent of an "amphitheater". It is renowned and frequently visited for its architectural beauty, artistic offerings, culinary and hospitality experiences, and, of course, its high-altitude wines, including Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.
Ultimately, after nearly 9 hours, we will return to Mendoza's center and drop you off at your centrally located hotel.
