At 2:30 PM, we will be picked up from our selected hotels to head to Luján de Cuyo and Maipú, where we will explore the renowned cellars.
This route offers an insight into the work culture established by immigrants. By employing irrigation techniques passed down from indigenous peoples, such as canals and irrigation ditches, they successfully transformed the desert soil into a fertile oasis.
In this region, numerous prestigious wineries thrive. Depending on availability, we will visit two of these wineries, which have gained recognition in Argentina as leading international producers due to the exceptional quality of their products.
Expert guides and winemakers will accompany us, providing insights into the winemaking techniques and production processes, including bottling and labeling of wines.
During our visit, we will be invited to a tasting session featuring 2 glasses of exquisite wines, including varietals such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Viognier, as well as other notable options like Carmenere, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Noir.
We will also tour an olive oil establishment, observing the olive oil production process known for its superior quality, and participate in a tasting.
